Manuel has a proven track record of leading large-scale production teams across five states. Throughout his career in the service and finance sectors, he has been instrumental in architecting and implementing the risk management controls that drive organizational stability and growth.

Dominique's dispatch career started in 2023, with a DME delivery company. Prior to dispatching, she used her extensive background in customer service as an Outreach Patient Advocate. During that time she was able to assist UnitedHealthCare members with anything from finding resources such as food, transportation and clothing, to calling their doctors to schedule appointments, to checking in and having a conversation with members.

After a positive experience with her own mother using Eightway as medical transport, Dominique resolved to put her skills to work for Eightway, a company she saw was making a real difference.

Nathan has had 5 years of industry experience in Software Development and Artificial Intelligence systems. He has spent this time creating and maintaining web applications, innovative software, and Artificial Intelligence solutions.
