Our Mission

Our mission is to serve those who depend on medical transport as if they are our own family. We aim to accomplish this through systemically bridging the gap between clinical availability, patient access, and medical transportation. We are guided by a deep conviction to help individuals improve their wellbeing through exquisite service, compassion, and genuine care. That's the EIGHTWAY.

Our Story

In 2018, Manuel Padró's father was diagnosed with dementia. He and his wife, Loida, each functioned as his caregivers after the diagnosis. Then in 2021, Loida's father had a stroke which left him partially paralyzed. During these years, they both experienced first-hand the arduous difficulties of people requiring these kinds of services for themselves or their loved ones. These experiences gave birth to a deep conviction and commitment to service the community at large; in particular: elderly adults, the disabled, individuals with chronic disease, and the most vulnerable. And thus Eightway Transport was born.

We understand the struggles our members and clients face when scheduling various appointments and can only hope the transportation will show up because we faced it ourselves. Simply put we exist TO SERVE OUR MEMBERS. This is the sole purpose why Eightway Transport exists.
