Our Story

In 2018, EightWay Corp. was established with the objective to become a full developer in the commercial and residential space with an emphasis in the hospitality and senior assisted living industry. We felt there was a demand for a developer who can deliver a quality product yet affordable to meet the unique needs of every single elderly individual in our communities.

Today, in addition to have a focus in the hospitality industry and assisted living facilities, we’re also expanding to develop a suite of options in the residential real estate. The demand for Affordable housing options is now more evident than in any other time, we understand the crisis that is upon us due to the lack of affordable housing across the spectrum.

Unlike others, we’re in a unique position of having an exceptional team that has over 34 years of experience across both commercial and residential real estate.
